Misinformation abounds. Most commonly, people try to categorise Amg Ada among existing forms of magick and seek to understand it through the lens of some other system. It is very common, for example, for people steeped in kabbalistic systems to interpret the ‘Living Tree’ of Amg Ada practice via  the Tree of Life in the kabbalah. There is no basis for such comparisons. They only multiply misunderstandings.

 

But misunderstandings in esoteric systems are not always unwelcome. They prevent fools and mischief-makers, the shallow and the psychotic, from stepping too far into the Temple. This is especially important in schools of sexual magick. They too readily attract people who are not worthy or who are otherwise ill-prepared for such a potent path.

 

Anyone who boasts of having been ‘initiated’ into Amg Ada is not to be trusted. Jane Hurley-Cross gave public workshops on Amg Ada but later realised it was a mistake. The Purefire Foundation published too much information; all it did was attract deviants and know-it-alls and egoists. Amg Ada is not for public discussion. Those who really know about it rarely say so.

Nor are there 'Orders' or 'Foundations' or clubs or societies on this path. It is a great adventure of the spirit. Those who have the right temperament are not the sort who form committees or organise chains of degrees in 'Lodges'.  They are dwellers of the forests and the mountains who want to live breast to breast with the living cosmos, who are moved by the throbbing pulse of lust and the fire of true passion.
